Mothers online supportive space to connect, share common concerns about their daughters growing up. Where we learn helpful tools we can use right away but also come together as a community to do better for our daughters.
Camp notes
This month we will look at beliefs, how we can help our daughters notice our beliefs, do they push her forward or hold her back. You will learn tools you can use to help her listen to her beliefs and determining if they push her forward or hold her back. We will explore journal prompts and confidence building activities to help her believe in herself.
